The hotel is ideally situated at the entrance to the old city of Kalisz, perfect for a short walk to the center. The rooms were clean, comfy, and well-equipped, though the shower had a minor issue that was being resolved. The staff was incredibly helpful and cheery, ensuring a professional and pleasant stay. The dining experience was a mix of positives with delicious options available early, but not so much later in the morning. The location is a highlight, being in the beautiful city center of Kalisz.

The hotel offers a mix of styles in the rooms, equipped with a kettle and coffee/tea, bathrobes, but located next to rooms with school children. The service is professional and friendly, although a ventilator noise can disturb the early hours. The central location near the old city center is a bonus, with easy access to Warka restaurant/pub in the hotel's basement. The dining experience is superb, with a good selection of food. The facilities offer refined dishes.
