The hotel is ideally situated at the entrance to the old city of Kalisz, perfect for a short walk to the center. The rooms were clean, comfy, and well-equipped, though the shower had a minor issue that was being resolved. The staff was incredibly helpful and cheery, ensuring a professional and pleasant stay. The dining experience was a mix of positives with delicious options available early, but not so much later in the morning. The location is a highlight, being in the beautiful city center of Kalisz.

The service was exceptional, with very friendly and professionally attentive staff. The location was perfect, near the old city center and housed in a luxurious building. The hotel offers a mix of styles in the rooms, equipped with a kettle and coffee/tea, bathrobes, but located next to rooms with school children. The service is professional and friendly, although a ventilator noise can disturb the early hours. The central location near the old city center is a bonus, with easy access to Warka restaurant/pub in the hotel's basement. The dining experience is superb, with a good selection of food. The facilities offer refined dishes.
